I'm delighted to bring my first guest to the show, Susannah Cole. She is a property investor, property YouTuber with over 1 million views on the platform, and Head Honcho of The Good Property Company. One of the many things that makes Susannah so unique is that she knew right from the start what she wanted in property, she wrote a plan and delivered it.
We had a fantastic conversation about Susannah's journey of getting financial liberation through property, the hard work it required, and the amazing rewards she got from it. Susannah kindly shared the details of her last acquisition, an apartment near the beach in Barcelona, her experience at the Rio 2016 Olympics and much more.

Five years after Susannah started The Good Property Company, she and her team have sourced, bought, sold or let out more than 200 properties, with a value of £45 million and an agreed purchase price of £30 million. During the first 18 months, she kept her full-time job, took £60k out of her own home mortgage, then raised £600k in private finance, and used to buy the £1.8 million portfolio in Bristol, which allowed her to leave her J.O.B (just over broke) and dedicate herself full time to property. She is now financially free with a significant successful property portfolio.
